The streaming PC service delivers ultra-powerful High-End gaming PC services to your old laptop, PC or even your Android or iOs device, removing the need for a considerable outlay every couple of years or so. A monthly subscription means that you can guarantee you will be able to play the latest games at the drop fo the hat with Shadow Techs High-End Gaming PC offering. Shadow Tech also offer the Shadow Box, a small device used as a thin client to connect to your Shadow Tech Gaming PC.
So what is it all about? Using the Shadow Tech Windows, Mac, iOS or Android app with a good quality broadband connection you can connect to your cloud High-End Gaming PC and play games from your Steam, Origin, Amazon and Battle.Net (to name but a few) collections! Hook up to a monitor or tv, set up your mouse and keyboard, and you are good to go.
Shadow Tech are based in France and while they don’t have any UK data centres yet; the experience, provided your broadband is up to it doesn’t suffer from the dreaded lag and latency issues while gaming you might expect. Downloading to your High-End PC is done at 1 Gbps ensuring your Steam collection is downloaded in no time at all.
Additionally, you can use the service for ay (legal) purposes you might need the extra lifting power of a High-End PC to finish crunching a video file or a design project.
Shadow Tech supply you with a Windows 10 blank canvass to do as you please, the application offers snapshots (back up capability) for when you started to experiment and worried you may cause issues with your PC, and the ability to carry out hard-reboots or entire resets of the OS, if required. Special gaming settings can be used to ensure you prevent any problems while play Fortnite or PUBG.
Having a Shadow Tech PC is just like having a high-end gaming PC in your house without having to worry about upgrading to meet the needs of the latest games or software.
Subscriptions cost £26.95 a month, no minimum term contract, with the Shadow Box costing £109.95 to buy.
